The courses of the learning studio are meant to give amateur players a feeling for different openings: which ideas lie behind them, what the opponent mostly answers, what the first main moves look like. So you can get to know and compare openings before you decide on one.
The building blocks of the courses are the moves that world champions and strong players actually played in their games – Stockfish only checks them. Such moves by people are often more valuable for learning than what an engine recommends on its own: they follow plans you can understand and use in your own games.
